The Eagles signed former Bills cornerback Ron Brooks to a three-year deal, the team announced. Ian Rapoport added that the contract is worth $6 million, with Brooks able to make up to $8.7 million with play-time incentives.

Brooks joins linebacker Nigel Bradham and cornerback Leodis McKelvin as the three players from Buffalo who played under Jim Schwartz in 2014 to join the Eagles in the last two days. Brooks was a 2012 fourth-round pick and spent the first four years of his career with the Bills.

He had the best statistical season of his career in 2014 under Schwartz, accumulating 34 tackles. However, Brooks has started just three games in four seasons.
