Is Pederson Targeting Reich, Spagnuolo?
Some news trickling in regarding Doug Pederson‘s coaching staff.
Cory Undlin will remain as the team’s secondary coach, according to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports. Several defensive backs lobbied to keep Undlin at the end of the season — Malcolm Jenkins said he even talked to Jeffrey Lurie about Undlin’s value — and it appears they will get their wish. Assisting him, per Marvez, will be Tim Hauck.
Hauck was a safety with the Eagles from 1999-2001. Pederson’s former teammate in Philly played in the league for 13 years in all before moving onto coaching stints for the University of Montana and UCLA. He served as the DBs coach for the Titans and Browns and was most recently the defensive coordinator and cornerbacks coach for UNLV.
Also, some buzz regarding the offensive and defensive coordinator positions:
Doug Pederson and Frank Reich were very briefly Panthers QBs together in 1995. Source tells @inkstainedretch Pederson would like Reich as OC

Same source tells @inkstainedretch Steve Spagnuolo is Pederson’s top choice for defensive coordinator. But can he get Spags away from NYG? — Les Bowen (@LesBowen) January 17, 2016
I’m not sure when u get to the too many cooks/spoiled soup scenario, but apparently door still not closed on Shurmur/Childress on off. staff

Reich has spent the last three seasons with the Chargers — first as the quarterbacks coach and the last two seasons as offensive coordinator. He was a position coach in Arizona and Indy before that.
Spagnuolo coached from 1999-2006 in Philadelphia — working with both defensive backs and linebackers — before landing a defensive coordinator job with the Giants and eventually a head-coaching gig in St. Louis. He resumed the role of Giants’ DC this past year. Ben McAdoo reportedly wants to keep him in New York.
