Zone Read: Eagles-Packers, the Day After
SNAP COUNTS
Offense:
The Eagles went heavy on 11 personnel, with Matthews playing 83 percent of the snaps. Obviously, some of that had to do with getting down early and passing the ball.
Sanchez and Sproles have not been able to get on the same page for some reason. They seem to miss on a big play every week.
Josh Huff had a drop on offense and appeared to have a special teams miscue on the punt return.
Defense:
Early on, the Eagles were matching 11 personnel with their base defense. Brandon Boykin suffered a head injury in the first half but returned.
I would have played Graham more. He’s been the Eagles’ best weapon in terms of defeating one-on-one blocks and rushing the passer. Double that for Curry.
Casey Matthews played more than Emmanuel Acho, but they split time.
No snaps for first-round pick Marcus Smith II.

GUESSING THE LINE: Eagles (-7.5)
I expect the Birds to be sizable favorites against the Titans. They’ll play two games in five days with the Thanksgiving Day matchup in Dallas on the horizon.
