Peters, Baker Fined For Fight
Jason Peters and Washington defensive lineman Chris Baker were both fined for their involvement in the fight Sunday during the Eagles-Redskins game.
Peters was fined $10,000 for unnecessarily striking an opponent in the head after the play was over, while Baker was fined $8,268 for grabbing an opponent by the facemask.
Baker does not have to cough up any money for his hit on Nick Foles, which started the melee. The NFL ruled that it was a clean play, much to Baker’s delight.

Despite being ejected from the game, Peters said that he would react the same way if he had to do it all over again. Told that Baker said he’d do it again too, Peters responded: “And he’s gonna get the same result.”
The Eagles and Redskins play each other again in Washington on December 20.
