Though it opened as the Yang Yang Express in 2010, locals quickly dubbed this the “Dumpling House” because its dumplings are so damn good, steamed or fried. The rest of the menu is stand-up Szechuan and decidedly worth a try, but after you indulge in that tempting extra plate of seafood or pork-shrimp-and-leek dumplings, you may not have room. Solution: a takeout bag of frozen ones for a delicious weeknight dinner.
