Start with a round of savory, stiff-skinned chicken momos threaded with greens. Chase those Tibetan dumplings with a version filled with a soft potato mixture. Next: crisp-edged pan-fried khotrak and soupy mothuk swimming in beef broth. While we wouldn’t ever suggest skimping on the curry or shoko khatsa here, you could easily make a meal of nothing but White Yak’s momos and not feel like you missed out on anything.
