Wait, just hear us out! Yes, we’re still perpetually pissed when we see that little white envelope sticking out from under our windshield wiper. (We were barely over two hours, we swear.) But watching new parking authority head Richie Lazer marshal his troops to enforce bike-lane and abandoned-vehicle infractions — y’know, actual quality of life issues — has made our cold hearts swell at least a size.
