Lynette Medley’s Germantown-based nonprofit No More Secrets aims to combat period poverty by delivering nearly 200 three-month supplies of menstrual products throughout the region each week. Plus, its new brick-and-mortar hub, the SPOT Period, provides menstrual health education and resources to the community.
