Now that spring has seemed to officially sprung (goodbye, temps below 50 degrees!), it’s time to stop winter hibernation mode, put away that puffy down jacket, and get the heck out of the house in allllll the pastels.

If you’re looking to kick off the season with activities that are good for your body and mind, we’ve got just the list for you. Below, check out 10 wellness experiences that you can enjoy in Philly this spring.

Attend our annual Be Well Philly Fest!

Our favorite event of the year is back this May, and we Can. Not. Wait! The 2024 Be Well Philly Fest presented by Independence Blue Cross brings you all-levels fitness classes, hands-on wellness experiences, a shoppable vendor marketplace, lunch and healthy-ish happy hour. (Peep the full programming here!) It’s all going down on Sunday, May 19th at Bok — snag your ticket here. $45.

Do poolside Pilates at one of Philly’s most luxe hotels.

The infinity pool at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia boasts some of the dreamiest views of the city, and thanks to this new workout series, you don’t have to be a hotel guest in order to enjoy them. Every Wednesday night in June, the Four Seasons is hosting Pilates on the iconic pool deck on the 57th floor. The 45-minute mat-based classes will be taught by Alli Bradley, owner of Sanctuary Wellness Studio, and will include perks from sponsors, including Alo Yoga mats and Clove sneakers. After, enjoy healthy bites and refreshments from The Wellness Refinery, and feel free to hit the sauna, steam room and ice fountain for some extra post-workout recharging. Book your spot here — and hurry, there’s only a few left! You can also join the waitlist by calling the spa at 215-419-5050. $75.

Find total zen.

Looking to chill the eff out? Philly’s queen of sound healing, Luna Maye, is hosting a sound meditation series at Paradigm Gallery + Studio in Old City. The soothing sensory experiences — scheduled for April 30th, May 20th and June 24th — will feature crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and Maye’s own vocals (she recently released two albums, The Sound Lab and Emergence), plus guided meditation and breathwork. Buy a ticket here. $48.

Hit an outdoor workout at Dilworth Park.

Every year, we look forward to the free workouts that pop up at Dilworth Park. This year, City Fitness has partnered with Center City District and Rothman Orthopedics to host the spring and summer fitness classes every Tuesday night from April 23rd through October 1st. Programming includes Zumba, boxing, body combat and PHIT body. Free.

Make your own N/A spring cocktails.

We love a good zero-proof drink! For some make-your-own inspo, head to Ardmore-based bottle shop Wallace Dry Goods for a N/A cocktail workshop. The April 28th event will be led by mixologist Kasey Ehrgott and feature ingredients inspired by spring. Sign up here. $65.

Celebrate National Workout Day.

Best of Philly winner Noel Davis, owner of Paris Fit, is hosting free workout classes on May 4th in honor of National Workout Day. The schedule is still TBA, but all sessions will be held at Drexel Square (so, outdoors!) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in partnership with SELF(ish) Philly. Free, but pre-register here.

Build your own bouquet.

Any reason to enjoy fresh flowers is a win in our book. On Saturday, April 27th from 3 to 5 p.m., build your own bouquet with the help of florist Flowers by Yukie, inside the private wine room at Scarpetta. Bonus: There’ll be light bites and bubbly. Snag your ticket here. $81.

Channel your inner ballerina.

If you’ve ever wanted to plié and pirouette like a professional ballerina, now’s your chance: The Young Friends of Philadelphia Ballet are bringing back their annual “Brunch at the Barre” on April 28th. At 11 a.m., learn the basics in a beginner ballet class, then enjoy a menu of brunch items — mimosas included — while socializing with company dancers and fellow attendees. $60; register here.

Go on a biking adventure.

Bikeout, the popular overnight biking and camping adventure, returns this Memorial Day Weekend. On May 25th, riders will gather near the Art Museum and travel about 38 miles along the Schuylkill River and the Perkiomen Creek before settling in at Camp Kweebec for games, swimming, meals, a campfire, and more. You can choose to sleep in a cabin or a tent, and you’ll ride back to Center City the next day. (Bonus: There’ll be mechanical support from local shop Keystone Bicycle Co.) The event is open to cyclists of all skill levels who are older than 14. $150-$225; register here.

Enjoy a morning of self-care.

Mind, Body, and Bubbly — the wellness fair put on by Philly PR Girl — is back for its fifth year of connection and self-care. This year’s event is taking place on June 9th at Location 215, and will feature bubbles, brunch bites, and a vendor marketplace with permanent jewelry, juices, Reiki, activewear, and more. Buy your ticket here. $40.
