Try This Killer Philly Workout at a New 6-Week Pop-Up in Rittenhouse
Rhythmlab is finding a temporary home at Endeavor Athletic.
When it comes to the fitness scene in Philly, we of course have some impressive amenity-packed studios with all the bells and whistles. But the fact is, even though working out in a luxury studio is nice, the workout itself is what really matters.
We can think of no better evidence for that fact that Rhythmlab, a pop-up workout series here in Philly that doesn’t have a home studio, consistent class schedule, or a website. What it does have, however, is top Flywheel trainer Jackie Dragone behind it, who created this intense strengthening workout that uses bodyweight and resistance-band exercises to make your muscles burn. The 50-minute class is perfectly timed to the background music, and it hits all the target zones you want to focus on (i.e. legs, butt, arms, and abs).

Rather than a website, Dragone uses Instagram to communicate with Rhythmlab-ers about when and where her classes will take place. That said, for the next six weeks, you’re in luck: Rhythmlab is bringing the butt-kicker of a workout to Endeavor Athletic in Rittenhouse for weekly workouts. The classes will take place Mondays at 5:30 p.m. from January 14th until February 18th. After each class, Endeavor will offer a 15 percent discount on any products that catch your eye.
Endeavor Athletic is located at 121 South 18th Street. You can currently register for the January 14th and 21st classes by sending a direct message to Dragone on Instagram (@rhythmlab) and by sending the class fee of $15 to the Venmo account RHYTHMLAB with the class date in the message line.
