This Beloved NYC Juice Shop Is Opening 3 Locations Around Philly
Wellness brand Juice Press is bringing "grab and go" health to a store near you.
Get excited, juice lovers: a new, NYC-approved juice bar is headed to Philly, and they’re opening not one but three new locations around our city. That’s right: Starting in early 2019, Juice Press is coming to Ardmore, Midtown Village, and Rittenhouse.
If we needed more proof that the juicing trend is still going strong in Philly, we’ve got it. In recent months, it seems açaí bowls, smoothies, and juices are popping up everywhere in Philly. Between SoBol opening in Rittenhouse and University City and Break Juicery coming to the Bourse Marketplace, liquid health is where it’s at.
Juice Press, though, is kind of on a different level from most juiceries that have opened in Philly thus far; I mean, how many other juice places have collaborated with Adidas and Equinox? In the eight years since it first opened, Juice Press has grown to include 82 stores (and counting) across the country. It markets itself as the premiere USDA-approved organic “grab and go” health food provider. Besides the traditional smoothies and bowls, they offer other health options like vegan salads, pre-packaged overnight oats, granola, clean eating kits, infused waters, chocolate, and even their own brand of coconut oil.

The first location of three will open in Suburban Square by early 2019. This will be followed by locations at 18th and Sansom Street and later, 11th and Walnut Street. While there are no official opening dates confirmed yet for the Juice Press stores, it’s still exciting to see a new provider of healthy food (and drinks!) coming into the Philly market. Here’s to eating and drinking well in 2019!
