This Plant-Powered Yoga Retreat in the Hamptons Looks So Dreamy

A yoga retreat with an all plant-powered menu in the Hamptons? Where do we sign?

Okay, so we really thought that with Yoga Brunch PHL, hosted by Namaste Nourish and Teranga Yoga, we’d hit peak weekend bliss. I mean, an hour-long yoga session, followed by a delicious, sit-down, plant-powered brunch? We were in heaven.

But now, the Yoga Brunch team is taking things a step further with a weekend-long retreat in the Hamptons. Say what?!

The retreat, which is scheduled for the weekend of August 3 through 6, will include a creative workshop to tap into your unique talents with L’Atelier; evening and morning yoga sessions with Joanna Da Sylva of Teranga Yoga; a cooking workshop; and plant-based meals by the Namaste Nourish team, Hava Rose and Ashley Law.

The weekend will be hosted at a house in the Hamptons that’s a ten-minute drive from the beach. The house has a pool and a garden onsite that are open for many a splash and a stroll, and there are options for both shared and private rooms.

Not sure if you want to commit to a full weekend away? You can (literally) get a taste of the Namaste Nourish and Teranga Yoga experience at their Cinco de Mayo edition of Yoga Brunch PHL on May 5. That event — which is going down right here in Queen Village — will include Inspired Brews kombucha-based margaritas, tacos, yoga, and more. You can find tickets here.
