We always thought that there couldn’t be a better combination than avocado and toast, but coming to Athleta’s Rittenhouse location this Sunday is a combination that takes the cake: Avo-Yoga. Yep, that’s yoga followed by avocado toast. Could there be a better Sunday morning situation?

The lovely ladies of Namaste Nourish, Hava Rose and Ashley Law, will leading a 30-minute vinyasa flow kicking off at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 22. The session will be full of stretches, flows, and fun, and will be capped off by a scrumptious create-your-own avocado toast bar. The bar will be stocked with all of the yummy and aesthetically pleasing toppings you’ll need for a bangin’ avocado toast Instagram shot.

If you aren’t already familiar with Namaste Nourish’s plant-based creations, they really know how to lay out a delicious spread — whether that’s in the form of toast, turmeric waffles, or tacos. Needless to say, you’ll be leaving with loose joints and a full belly. This avocado-filled yoga session is free to attend; you just need to RSVP here.

The fun will be taking place from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Athleta Rittenhouse, located at 1722 Walnut Street.
