They may be pretty new on the wellness scene here in Philly, but plant-powered catering company Namaste Nourish keeps making our dreams come true. On Saturday, they’re hosting a yoga brunch with a build-your-own avocado toast bar. But even though that event is now sold out, they’ve already got another yoga brunch on the calendar, this time with a waffle and vegan “nice” cream bar. YUM.

For this new pop-up, Namaste Nourish’s Hava Rose and Ashley Law are once again partnering with Teranga Yoga for an hour-long flow with Joanna Da Sylva to a curated playlist. Afterwards, you’ll reward yourself for all those chaturangas with a plant-powered brunch.

The meal will take the form of a “Nama Top It Bar” stocked with waffles as a base and fruit, jams, drizzles, and several flavors of vegan ice cream (a.k.a. “nice” cream) to pile on top. Sound delicious? Yeah, we agree.

The next yoga brunch is scheduled for April 14 in Queen Village at 246 Fitzwater Street, Unit 14. The fun will kick off at 10 a.m. and go until 2 p.m. Ready to RSVP? The $40 tickets can be purchased here.
