DAYBREAKER ONESIE EDITION The yoga-class-meets-dance-party workout finally came to Philly in January and we’re ready for round two at Rumor (1500 Sansom Street). This time, though, we’ll be wearing the only clothes appropriate for 6 a.m. — onesies. Sign up for yoga at 6 a.m., the dance party at 7 a.m. or both, then stay for free cold brew, LemonKind juices, and breakfast bites from Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods before heading to work. Grab tickets here. $35 for yoga and dance, 6 a.m.
FRIDAY, MARCH 2
DISCO BARRE + BREW Who said disco is a thing of the past? Afterwards, the class will head to Burg’s Hideaway Lounge for drinks. Register here. $15 for drop-ins, 5:15 p.m.
TORC ON TAP For TORC’s First Friday event this month, participate in either an hour-long Vinyasa flow or barre class, followed by a happy hour with drinks provided by Chaddsford Winery and bites from Animo Juice & Burrito Bar’s new menu. Register here. $20, 6 p.m.

FRIDAY, MARCH 9

LET’S FLY: AN ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP Let’s face it — we can’t all run highly-curated Instagram feeds full of photos of perfectly executed arm-balances, but we can all learn to do some of yoga’s more intimidating poses with greater ease and mindfulness. This workshop at Priya Hot Yoga is designed to challenge, but allows participants to approach each pose at their own pace and comfort level. Learn more here. $30, 1 p.m.
