This $10 Indoor Cycling and TRX Workout Is Your New Friday Night Plan

Regular happy hour is fine and all, but if you ask us, we’d way rather do a post-work sweat session than post-work shots. That’s why we’re pretty pumped that BPM Fitness — the indoor cycling and TRX combo studio on Spring Garden Street — is launching a new Friday evening class series.

The series — called First Fridays — will take place on the first Friday evening every month (duh). It’ll feature a $10 workout to the beat of a live deejay that’ll start with 30 minutes of indoor cycling and end with a 30-minute TRX circuit workout. Sound fun? It is. We’ve tried it.

The event series will officially kick off this Friday, February 2. In honor of the Super Bowl, you can plan to hear some half time show classics (heyyyy there, Justin Timberlake) during the workout.

A typical drop-in class at BPM Fitness is $25, so these $10 First Friday classes are a pretty significant discount. Translation: You can bet they’re going to sell out fast. Book your spot now on BPM’s website.
