Are you sick of freezing your butt off? Same! If you’re tired of layering three sweatshirts under a parka, you can always try hitting up a Philadelphia gym with a sauna, where 100-plus degree temps are ready to roast you until being cold is a foreign concept. If you’re ready to really warm up, here’s a few nearby places you can get into with a day pass.

Chung Dam Spa and Fitness

41 East Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham

What it costs: $25 for a day pass

What you’ll get: You’ll go because this Korean spa has a warm granite room heated to a toasty 160 degrees — but you’ll stay because it also has herbal steam baths, a hot jade stone room, a hot clay room, and a hot tub heated to 103 degrees. And bonus: Your day pass also includes towels, workout clothes, a toothbrush, a razor, and shampoo, and conditioner.

12th Street Gym

204 South 12th Street, Center City

What it costs: $20 for a day pass

What you’ll get: A large wood sauna heated to 180 degrees and a tile steam room heated to 135 degrees are the one-two punch your frozen soul has been looking for. Both rooms are coed, and you can rent bath towels at the front desk for $2. Update: The 12th Street Gym has closed.

City Fitness

1819 JFK Boulevard, Logan Square and 200 Spring Garden Street, Northern Liberties

What it costs: $25 for a day pass

What you’ll get: Start with the dry wood sauna, then move to the tile steam room at City Fitness’ Logan Square club. Or vice versa. Or one, or the other. Whatever you decide to do, at least you’ll be warm. The Logan Square location has has both tile steam rooms and dry wood saunas in the men’s and women’s locker rooms, while their Northern Liberties club has just saunas in both locker rooms.

Infinity Health & Wellness

3502 Scotts Lane, Building 17 Unit 1721, East Falls

What it costs: $55 per sauna session

What you’ll get: Check in for 45 minutes in your own personal infrared sauna, which covers your body but no your head. Since you’ll be alone, it’s up to you what temperature you’d like it adjusted to. Or, combine with the Foot Ionic Bath treatment and a Basic Colon Hydrotherapy Session for the Total Body Detox session ($145). A complementary towel is included with your sauna visit.

Southampton Spa

141 Second St. Pike, Southampton

What it costs: $40 for a day pass

What you’ll get: So, this is technically a Russian and Turkish bathhouse, not a gym — but they have a sauna, so we’ll let it slide. A day pass gets you into the facility, where there’s not only a sauna, there’s a steam room, oxygen steam bath, Russian bath, Turkish bath, pool, and much, much more. Plus, we hear the food is pretty good.
