Psst: There’s a Rooftop Be Well Philly Boot Camp Preview Workout Next Week
Stop everything and pay attention, people: As you loyal Be Well Philly readers probably already know (if not, where have you been?!), Be Well Philly Boot Camp, our annual day of ALL things wellness for women — from tons of fitness classes with the region’s best instructors to cooking demos to fitness vendors — is going down Saturday, June 3rd. And to get us all amped for the big day, Holly Waters from Fitness Alive and Katie Gould of KG Strong, who’ll be helping you get sweaty at this year’s Be Well Philly Boot Camp, will be hosting a free BWP Boot Camp preview workout at South Philly’s awesome Bok Bar — complete with amazing rooftop views of the city — next week.

The 45-minute Yoga Strong Boot Camp class, a yoga/boot camp hybrid, will kick off at the Bok rooftop (1901 South 9th Street) at 6:30 p.m. next Tuesday, May 30th. You’ll want to wear sneakers and bring a yoga mat and water. And you’ll also want to bring some cash — the workout is free, but after class, you’ll be able to grab drinks at the rooftop bar.
