You Can Officially Sign Up for Floating Fitness Classes on the Delaware River
The ladies of Aqua Vida just released their schedule for the upcoming stand-up paddleboard fitness season at Spruce Street Harbor Park (sidenote: WHO would’ve thought the words “stand-up paddleboard fitness season” would ever be typed in relation to Philly?), and man, oh, man do you have a lot of options to choose from.
As we told you guys back in April, this year, in addition to SUP yoga, Aqua Vida has added their Floating Cardio Boot Camp class to the lineup along with donation-based floating meditation classes (sweet!), and SUP harbor cleanups. All in all, depending on the week, you have upward of 10 (!!) class options to choose from — nearly triple the number of class options offered last year. And they go fast, so it’s best to snag your spot earlier rather than later if you’re set on getting your SUP sweat on.
The classes will run through September 24th and your first class will cost you $25, then a single class is $35 after that. This year, they’re also offering class packs, which knock a few bucks off the class price. You can learn more and check out the full schedule by the week here.
