Snap Kitchen’s Newest Philly-Area Location Opens This Weekend
At this point, Snap Kitchen has been in Philly for about three months, opening four locations so far: one in Old City, one right down the street from Whole Foods Callowhill, one in Rittenhouse and one in Malvern. And considering a Snap Kitchen juice bottle seems to be the new trendy accessory of choice for healthy eaters around Philly, I think it’s safe to say the Austin, Texas-based company has won us over. So good news for all the Snap Kitchen fans out there: Come this weekend, you’ll have one more location to get your Snap Kitchen fix. On Saturday, April 30th, Snap Kitchen is opening its fifth Philly-area location, this one at 775 Lancaster Avenue in Villanova.
If you’ve somehow missed the Snap Kitchen craze, a quick overview: The stores are known for their selection of grab-and-go items designed with nutrition in mind, from juices to gluten-free pancakes to Mediterranean salads with shrimp, and more. Items are clearly marked as vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and so on, so customers with dietary preferences and allergies can easily get in and out quickly. Think of it like a convenience food store, á la Wawa, designed for healthy eaters.
The Villanova location will open its doors on Saturday at 9 a.m. — and the company won’t be stopping there. They have two more locations slated to open this year: one in Midtown Village and one in Cherry Hill. Stay tuned!
