Free Fitness Galore: Dilworth Park’s Free Fitness Classes Are Back Next Week
Eeeeeee! Outdoor workout season has arrived: Starting next Tuesday, April 5th, Dilworth Park will be hosting a slew of weekly fitness classes, from yoga to Zumba to cardio-kickboxing — and they’re all free. Plus, many of the classes start right after work, at around 5 or 6 p.m., making them super convenient for Center City 9-to-5ers.
The free classes, running through May, are part of Dilworth’s Spring Training program which they launched last year. And, let me tell you, they are not slackin’: They’ve got a whopping 14 fitness classes on the roster throughout April, and nine more in May. Leading the workouts, you’ve got CKO Kickboxing, City Fit Girls, Optimal Sport Health Clubs, and more.
There’s no need to pre-register for the classes; just show up ready to sweat, and with a mat in under you’re arm if you’re heading to one of the yoga classes. You can see the full class schedule here.
