Be Well Philly editor, Emily, has been saying for about two weeks now that she feels as though she’s been cheated out of fall. And she’s not alone. I’ve heard this complaint from a number of Philly friends who prefer fall’s cooler temps and call for layers to the spring-like weather of late.
