Dress Like a Pirate at Saucony Creek’s Upcoming Maple Mistress 5K
Looking for an excuse to dress up like a pirate, run 3.1 miles, and down a pint of beer (or three)? Saucony Creek’s Maple Mistress 5K has got you covered. The Maple Mistress 5K is a run (or walk) complete with pirate costumes, an after-party, and beer — and it’s all going down on Saturday, November 7th at Saucony Creek Brewery in Kutztown.
Post-race, participants will make us of the three beer tickets that come with registration, eat some lunch, and get sweet race swag. But note: If you want a little extra swag, be sure to wear a costume. Although a peg leg might make it hard to run, the best-dressed pirates will receive the best of the booty (and by that I mean prizes).
Registration will cost you $35 and gets you everything mentioned above, but keep in mind, the price jumps tomorrow. Find out more and register here.
