The Totally Awesome 80s Run is coming back for a fourth year with a newer, bigger location for an even, um, awesome-er 5K race. Registration just opened up today for the April 16, 2016 race. It’ll be capped at 700 runners.

The race is headed down the Shore this year, with a flat scenic course in Somers Point, New Jersey. Runners will get pretty views of the bay that lead to Ocean City. This year’s after party will be hosted at Clancy’s By the Bay, with a beer and buffet-style lunch included for all runners. The chip-timed race will include awards for top finishers, and there will also be competitions for best dressed, best team, and fastest Rubik’s Cube solver. (Start boning up on those YouTube videos.) And don’t worry — there will be plenty of 80s tunes to get you amped.

Registration is set at $40, but since organizer Ken Culbertson loves Be Wellers so much, he’s giving you a 10 percent discount. Use the code bewellphilly at checkout. Sign up and get more details here.
