Do You Know This Dog? Philly Runner Finds Adorable Stray Puppy, Searches for Owner

Do you know this dog? Philly runner Casey Heyen, a member of the popular Run215 Facebook group, found a six-month-old puppy earlier this week running down Strawberry Mansion Bridge Drive toward Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River Trail. She posted a photo and description of the dog on Run215.
