RiverCity Run Returns to Fishtown Next Week

Attention, runners: Fishtown’s eighth annual River City Festival is coming up next week, and you’re invited to explore the neighborhood on foot with a 5K fun run.
The run will be held on a semi-closed course that begins and ends at Penn Treaty Park. Members of the Fishtown Beer Runners running club will cheer you on through the course. Registrants will get tech shirts and three drink tickets to use at the festival, where Philadelphia Brewing Company beers will be available. (There is also a non-beer registration option for those who aren’t drinking.)
The run starts at noon on Saturday, October 10th. Pre-register here: $26 for the run and beer tickets and $15 for just the run.
