Free CrossFit Classes at the Comcast Center Tomorrow
If you’ve yet to try CrossFit, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you: Tomorrow evening, Northern Liberties’ CrossFit Love is hosting a free fitness fair at The Market & Shops at Comcast Center, complete with all-levels classes plus juices, smoothies and Paleo treats. How’s that for the perfect post-work happy hour?
The two free classes, taught by CrossFit Love owner Joe Petrusky, will be held at 5:15 and 6:15 p.m., and there’s no need to sign up ahead of time. Just show up with your sneakers, ready to sweat. In between workouts, CrossFit coaches will be doling out all sorts of technical advice, from how to master a handstand to how you should refuel after class.
If you’re not up for a sweat session, no worries: You’re still welcome to stop by the fair to chat with CrossFit experts (and enter to win a giveaway, duh), anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. tomorrow.
