What to Eat This Week: Mouthwatering Winter Salads
This is the week it starts: holiday parties, holiday happy hours, holiday everything imaginable. And while I love me a good party, the bazillion hors d’oeuvres and champagne cocktails that come along with this season’s social calendar can leave anyone feeling, well, a bit heavy. That’s where these salads come in: On your off days, give yourself a break from the pigs-in-a-blanket fare with these light salads loaded with good-for-you winter veggies like squash, kale, beets and more.
