This might just be the workout of all workouts: This Sunday, Newtown Square’s Inner Drive Studio is hosting A Worthy Quest Through Sufferfest — an all-day indoor cycling marathon, where participants will pedal to the beat of 10 hour-long interactive biking videos, taking them through various terrain, like steep mountain climbs and downhill rides.

It’s sounds…hard, right? I mean, they don’t call it Sufferfest for nothin’. But all that suffering is for a good cause: Proceeds from the event will go toward the Tony Snow & Betty Jo Caregiver Support Fund, a charity supporting those affected by colon cancer.

And then there’s the prestige of being named a Knight of Sufferlandria: The folks who power through all 10 videos will be knighted as such. But if you can’t make it through 10 grueling hours of biking, not to worry: Participants can choose to go for the whole 10 hours, or opt to join in for just a few videos. And these folks will be given titles, too: Squire, Duke, Earl or Baron, depending on how many videos they make it through.

The event kicks off at 7 a.m. and will run until 6 p.m. And don’t worry, there will be breaks in between videos. You can get more info and register here.

$25-$125 depending on long you choose to ride, April 27th at Inner Drive Studio, 210 South Newtown Street Road, Newtown Square.
