Philly Is Getting a Robeks

Our friends over at Foobooz shared this morning that Philly is finally (finally!) getting a Robeks. The smoothie chain has over 100 locations across the country, but none of them are in Philly, if you can believe it. In fact, the closest one with in a 100-mile radius, according to Robeks.com, is in Anapolis. As in, Maryland! This is utter craziness, considering how much we Philadelphians love our smoothies.

In any case, Robeks is at long last putting roots down right here in Center City. The exactly location is yet to be disclosed, but they’re pegging March as the open date. And after that, expect them to crop up like weeds: There are 37 Robeks locations planned for Philly and the surrounding ‘burbs in the coming months and years.
