BeWOW: The Best Workout to Kick-Start Your Fall Fitness Plan

Have one-too-many baskets of boardwalk fries this summer? This circuit workout will get you cranking on a new workout routine for the season


Well, folks, I guess it’s back to school, back to work and back to reality, right? Instead of being sad about the end of beautiful days on the beach, get excited about recommitting to your workouts, trying new things, and getting back into a fun and healthy routine. This is a great time for a fresh start! Your workout this week is the perfect way to jump start a new routine.

Let’s get right to it …

BeWOW: 10 x 5 Circuit

Do 10 reps of each exercise below, and complete the circuit five times.

Pull-ups
Burpees
Lunge jumps (10 reps each side)
Lunge row, right arm (Standing with your left leg forward in lunge and left forearm on thigh, row a weight with your right arm like you’re starting lawn mower. Switch to opposite side lunge for left arm.)
Lunge row, left arm
Toe touch
Push-ups
Squat with overhead press
Squat jumps
