As you continue your weight-loss program, always remember: slow and steady weight loss is best. It’s important to set realistic goals that are in reach, but still challenging. Aim for a 1-2 pounds weight loss each week. This may not seem like a lot, but if you lost one pound a week for a year you be 52 pounds lighter. Remember to take it one step at a time. Small changes really do add up.
