If fresh blueberries are a staple of your summer diet, you’ll be in heaven at this Sunday’s Red, White, and Blueberry Festival in the Blueberry Capital of the World, Hammonton, New Jersey, as an entire day is devoted to the superfruit. Sponsored in part by Dimeo Blueberry Farms, this family-friendly fest will feature an array of blueberry-flavored delicacies, as well as just-picked berries for purchase. So stock up on ’em for those post-workout smoothies, fruit salads, and good ol’ fashioned snacking right outta the carton. Admission and parking are free. — Emily Rothrock
