Mike McQueary Files Lawsuit Against Penn State

Former Penn State assistant coach Mike McQueary has filed a lawsuit against the university. McQueary was a graduate assistant when he witnessed Jerry Sandusky in the shower in the team’s building with a young boy.

Filed in the Centre County courthouse, it is believed to be a “whistleblower” suit. McQueary who was not re-signed as an assistant in the spring of this year is currently not being paid by the University.

Apparently McQueary made it clear that he will not be issuing a statement on the matter and indicated that neither will his lawyers. [NBC Philadelphia]
