Meet the Farmer Seafood Dinner at Russet
As the last of their Meet the Farmer dinner series Russet will be presenting a Seafood Tasting Menu on Wednesday August 22nd. Russet will host farmer Steve Bowes of Steve Bowes Organic Family Farm for the night. The menu will highlight his fresh summer produce as well as sustainably sourced seafood. The $65 four-course dinner is BYOB and reservations can be made for between 6 and 9 p.m. that night.

Amuse bouche:
Cured scottish sea trout
with cherry tomatoes, rye crostini, caraway, and moutarde de meaux
1st:
Stuffed corno di torno peppers
with house-made ricotta, oregano, roasted marvesta shrimp, and campari sauce
2nd:
Finn potato gnocchi
with seared scallop, yellow sweet corn, aged balsamic, and chives
3rd:
Salt-baked wild striped bass
with roasted eggplant, tomato fondue, and basil
4th:
Seasonal dessert
