Kids in Tacony Dungeon Case Placed Outside the City

Linda Ann Weston—the accused ringleader in the Tacony Dungeon Case—had eight children living in her home in Philadelphia. Three of those children were teenagers of her own, fathered by fellow defendant Gregory Thomas. The Department of Human Services has placed those three teens in homes well outside of the city. [CBS 3]
