Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has spent $199.3 million to become the new owners of the Walk in Atlantic City and other outlet centers in Ocean City, New Jersey. The deal also includes future portions of the project slotted for areas just off the Atlantic City Expressway. [Biz Journals]
