New Year’s Day Brunching

Brauhaus Schmitz – It’s good luck to eat pork and sauerkraut on New Year’s day. Brauhaus has you covered for this Pennsylvania Dutch tradition.
Chhaya Cafe – Complimentary Champagne with brunch.
Devil’s Alley – Brunch with $5 Sangria, $5 Mimosa and $5 Bloody Marys. Featured drafts include Troegs Mad Elf 2012 and 2011 editions.
Devil’s Den – Get into Trubbel with Yard’s, six Yards drafts including a firkin of Trubbel de Yards during brunch (11 – 3p.m.).
Hawthornes – Brunch and Lunch served all day.
The Industry – Heading to Two Street? A stop off at The Industry might be a necessity.
Johnny Brenda’s – NYD brunch at JB’s with Rennie & Mary, 11:30am-4pm.
Local 44 – It’s Local 44’s fourth anniversary and they’ll be celebrating with their brunch menu from noon to 10 p.m. And as you might expect, there will be some special beer treats as well.
McGillin’s – Philadelphia’s oldest bar will open its doors at 10 a.m., offering parade goers hot drinks and a warm fire.
Memphis Taproom – If your New Year’s resolution includes more beer and more orange juice then you’ll want to start the year with a beermosa.
Noir – Mummers Parade Brunch is being offered at East Passyunk’s Noir. There will $5 Caesar Bloody Marys, Mimosas and draught beers.
Paramour – In the burbs? Paramour is offering their brunch and Bloody Mary bar.
Resurrection Ale House – Brunch will run from 11:30am-3pm.
Rex 1516 – It’ll be a southern brunch option for Broad Street revelers just over a block from Broad Street.
Smokin’ Betty’s – The bar will be open all day and feature Hot Apple Cider Sobieski Vodka Karamel or Art in the Age Snap.
SoWe – New Year’s Day is no time to let off the accelerator. Enjoy bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas for $16.
Square Peg – No resolutions this year. Show your defiance with banana bread topped with caramel butter.
Standard Tap – Brunch will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Tap’s excellent Bloody Marys will be just $5.
Supper – Love dogs? Love brunch? You and your pooch can head to Supper for the 4th annual hair of the dog brunch, benefiting the PSPCA.
Tashan – Get a front row seat of all the mummery from Tashan. Brunch will be served from 11 to 2:30 p.m.
