Lemon Hill Summer Wine Dinner
On Monday, July 30th Lemon Hill will be holding a summer wine dinner hosted by Ryan Fonash of Vintage Imports. The four course dinner is $48 per person and is paired with new world wines. Each course comes with one wine and two plates of food so guests can observe what wine does to food and what food does to wine. One dish will be a classic Esscoffier-era dish and the other will be a modern American seasonal dish so guests will experience the differences between modern and classic takes on a wine dinner. There will be only two seatings: one at 6 p.m. and one at 8 p.m. The seating is limited so reservations are recommended.
