When Does It Open?

OK, yesterday City Paper and us reported that the Water Works Restaurant was opening last night. Today, Daily Candy reports it’s opening tonight. But that flies in the face of what we heard last night, which is that the grand opening is next Saturday night and right now Water Works is only open for events that have already been booked. No matter what, we’d suggest a phone call before heading there. (215) 236-9000.

UPDATE: The Sunday Inquirer’s article, Time for dining at Fairmount Water Works states the restaurant is aiming to open this week and is accepting reservations for dinner Friday night.
