Every single time we ever speak to a skincare expert about how brides-to-be can take care of their skin in order to look fabulously and beautifully glowing on their Big Days, there is always, always, always one constant: Use sunscreen.

So when our friends over at Be Well Philly reported on the Environmental Consumer Group’s latest ranking of sunscreens, we knew we had to share. And actually, not only did the group include 188 picks (after analyzing 1,800 products—whew!), they included a Hall of Shame list consisting of sunscreens that can actually cause damage, from doing weird things to your hormones to coating your lungs. Ew.
