To Do: Nutrition for Runners with Whole Foods and Philadelphia Runner

Learn how to eat like an athlete.

Tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Glen Mills Whole Foods will be hosting experts from Philadelphia Runner to talk about proper nutrition for runners and athletes. Topics they’ll cover include: essential pre- and post workout foods, proper calorie intake for optimal performance, and hydration. Participants will also learn about some of the snacks Whole Foods has to offer for athletes and runners on the go. One registrant will win a $25 gift card from Philadelphia Runner.
