Who Wants to Buy One of Philly’s Vacant Buildings?

Well, if you’re in the market for a dilapidated property, filling that void is about to get a bit easier. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is ready to unveil a new online database of the city’s nearly 9,000 vacant properties. The site will feature a map of all of the city’s vacant properties. If you hold your mouse over a property, you’ll be able to see the agency that owns it and its size, zone and availability. Eventually, pricing will also be included in the map. [Inquirer]
