Campari, yellow chartreuse and passionfruit juice are the stars of this herbaceous riff served on ice with sparkling wine.
½ oz. Campari
½ oz. yellow Chartreuse
½ oz. passionfruit syrup
Top with sparkling wine in a wine glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon peel rose.
Worth Melting For
A straightforward spritz of sweet vermouth and sparkling rose goes full-on Shore with a floater of water ice.
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Top with sparkling rose in a chilled flute. Finish with a ball of your favorite water ice flavor.
Sunday Kind of Love
A booze-free mix of hibiscus-infused coconut water, passion-fruit sparkling water, and a dash of Angostura biters for aromatics.
2 oz. hibiscus-infused coconut water
2 dashes Angostura bitters (or Fee Bros Old Fashion Aromatic bitters to be completely non-alcoholic)
Top with passionfruit LaCroix. Serve tall over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit horse’s neck.
Stars Walk Backward
Perfect for a beer-loving crowd, this funky combo of manzanilla sherry and pineapple gimme is finished with dry-hopped cider.
1 oz. Manzanilla or Fino Sherry
1 tsp. pineapple gomme syrup
Top with a dry-hopped cider in a chilled flute or small wine glass. Garnish with dehydrated star fruit.
