Check Out South Street’s Brand New Federal Donuts
They're celebrating the opening with $1 donuts all day tomorrow.

Federal Donuts is opening a spacious new location at 6th and South Streets tomorrow, and they’re kicking things off with a great opening-day deal on their sweet treats.
From 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, October 5th only, you can get a donut at the shop at 540 South Street for just $1 — both their beautifully embellished fancies and fresh-from-the-fryer hot donuts are part of the deal. (Fine print: There’s a limit of one $1 donut per customer, and the deal doesn’t apply to their Berries & Cream flavor, which is being sold to raise money for education initiatives at Mural Arts Project through October 8th.)

The South Street store is CookNSolo’s seventh, with a selection of donuts as well as fried chicken available plain, seasoned, or glazed in a variety of flavors or as a truly exemplary chicken sandwich. At this location in particular, they’re serving draft beverages like cold brew from Elixr, Vietnamese coffee made with chicory and sweetened condensed milk, and cream soda flavored with cascara (the fruit surrounding the coffee bean, also known as coffee cherry), vanilla, and a splash of cold brew.
