We feel the pain of those aspiring younger adults who, like Lisa Wilcox, the speech pathologist The Wall Street Journal said “got priced out of…Philadelphia?” in a recent feature, find they can’t find anything they can afford in Fishtown anymore.
We’d like to suggest there are other good neighborhoods in this city with affordable homes aplenty, but for those for whom only Fishtown will do, there’s this.
