An Even Jewisher Christmas at Zahav
Last year Zahav hosted a Jewish Christmas dinner complete with Chinese food and movies. And this the normally Israeli restaurant is doing it again.
On Thursday, December 22nd Michael Solomonov hosts two seatings of An Even Jewisher Christmas. $50 gets you seven plates of Solomonov’s take on Chinese food, plus a movie. Right now the restaurant is taking suggestions for what movie to show via Twitter.
The menu includes interesting takes on Chinese food like Szechuan-style pork belly, veal dumplings and salt & pepper sweetbreads.
