But that’s not all. Proceeds from the benefit with go to the Pennsylvania Cheese Guild, and the local community is making contributions too. Supporting the cheese will be fresh bread from High Street on Market and La Colombe, as well as boards by John Luttman of Artifaqt Design. Di Bruno Bros will provide a cheese mountain, and cheese portrait artist Mike Geno has donated decorative prints. The Pennsylvania Cheese Guild will auction off pantry baskets.
