Big Q BBQ in Levittown Roasts Sam Bradford with Brilliant Sandwich
Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford has been acting kind of like an attention-starved child who just got a new baby brother ever since the team acquired the second overall pick in last week’s NFL Draft. Now, rookie quarterback Carson Wentz has become Philly’s beacon of hope, and Bradford wants out.
Big Q BBQ in Levittown is cooking up an ode to what observers predict will be Bradford’s fairly imminent departure: the Sam Bradford sandwich. Chef Drew Abbruzzese chose each ingredient as commentary on Bradford’s trade demands and subpar play.

A boneless fried chicken breast — pretty self explanatory. Deep-fried jalapeños, because he’s on the hot seat. Pulled pork for being pulled from his starting job. A potato roll, because he’s always “going down like a sack of potatoes.” And finally some spicy cream cheese as a not-so-subtle nod to Philadelphia.
I mean, look at that thing. Sure, it looks like it might get a little messy, but that’s why it comes with a moist towelette.
“The guy is guaranteed 22 million dollars and acting like a baby,” Abbruzzese told the 94WIP Morning Show this morning. “We just wanted to get it out there. Everybody is talking about it. He’s not talking to [Doug] Pederson, he’s not playing, he’s not gonna practice. And that kind of attitude requires a little bit of hazing so to speak.”

Starting Wednesday at noon, Big Q BBQ is giving away 150 of these monstrous sandwiches. After the giveaway, the Sam Bradford sandwich will be available for only $5 until Bradford gets shipped out of town, and then the price will jump just a bit to $7.
If you want yours free, you better hit the road soon … just like Bradford will.
