Another Snow Day Run: Snowy Trail Run Through Pennypack Park
Who needs hot cocoa and a warm blanket when the Pennypack Park is yours for the running? That’s right, Saturday morning the Pennypack Trail Runners will be leading a snow day trail run through the winter wonderland that will be Pennypack Park. (Because snowy beer mile runs aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.)
The run begins bright and snowy Saturday morning, meeting at the Pine Road Lot (8750 Pine Road) at 8:30 a.m. And, while the prospect of running through a frozen Pennypack Park is certainly enticing, don’t kill yourself trying to get there. This one might be best saved for the folks who can get there by foot. We are expecting a blizzard, after all. You can find out everything else you need to know about the snow day trail run here here.
